Account Deletion Steps

Step 1: Clicking "Delete Account" at the bottom of the All Settings (preferences) page:

Step 2: In the pop-up, confirm you want to delete the account by typing "DELETE" (in all capital letters)

Step 3: Next you must click the "DELETE ACCOUNT" blue button.

Help! I can't find the preferences page (link)

If you can't perform the above steps because you can't find the preferences page, follow these steps or feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. To navigate to the All Settings (preferences) page from anywhere on the site:

Step 1: Click "My Account" from the navbar, from any page on the site:

Step 2: Click the blue "All Settings" button at the bottom of your account card.

There are two different places in the app with a "DELETE ACCOUNT" button:

Location 1: "Account" screen

Step 1: On the main part of the app, use the bottom navbar to select the "Account" panel.

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and you will find a "DELETE ACCOUNT" button, click this.

Step 3: Type the capital letters "DELETE" into the pop-up.

Step 4: Click "DELETE ACCOUNT".

Location 2: "Account Edit" screen

Step 1: The Account Edit screen can be found by tapping the "Edit Account Settings" tile from within the "Account" tab. If you're already there skip to Step 2.

Step 2: On the Account Edit screen, scroll to the very bottom to find the "Delete Account" button. Click this button.

Step 3: Type the capital letters "DELETE" into the pop-up.

Step 4: Click "DELETE ACCOUNT".
