Minimum bird (Pheasant) hunt: 4 bird release during September/October and 6 bird release during November and later. 30 bird hunts or more have exclusive field use of WI preserve. No other groups will be on the schedule for that day. About all hunts; ½ day hunts-4 groups daily. Much advance field prep and careful planning is taken, including staggered start times, so your hunt is well managed. Our goal is to provide a relaxing, private setting; the way hunting used to be. How we operate may be slower, but the hunt is not! A last minute appointment rarely produces a quality hunt. Advance appointments and planning of 3- 5 days makes for a win-win situation for both the management and other hunters already on the schedule.
